Unless otherwise agreed (in writing) licenses for the use of

Julian Angel and/or Master Class Music are only valid for the
use expressly written
in the respective license agreement between the user and the
publisher.
All additional uses require written agreements. Terms of
licensing subject to individual agreements.
Mechanical and Performance Royalties Waiver
Julian Angel waives any mechanical license fee and any
performing rights fee that might
be payable as a result of distribution and/or duplication,
presentation, online streaming,
download and/or other electronic or physical transfer in
connection with auditioning the
music on SoundsOfAction.com to potential users for promotional
purposes only. This
waiver shall not constitute a waiver of any fee that shall
become due and payable to the
relevant performing rights and/or mechanical rights society
(such as ASCAP, BMI,
SESAC, GEMA, The Harry Fox Agency) as the result of a licensed
use of the music,
compositions and/or masters.
Samples
All samples (if any) used in sound recordings featured on

been cleared.
Sub-Licensing
Sub-licensing of any musical material featured on

Julian Angel and published by Master Class Music and/or any of
their successors or
assignees is desired and welcomed, however requires an express
written and signed
sub-licensing agreement.
Exclusivity/Non-exclusivity
All music, words and sound recordings featured on

Julian Angel and published by Master Class Music and/or any of
their successors or
assignees can only be used, unless otherwise agreed (in writing),
on a non-exclusive
basis. Any such music and sound recordings can as well be found
at and licensed
through other third-party music libraries and the like, who have
obtained appropriate
rights on a non-exclusive basis. In no way have any songs,
lyrics and sound recordings
by Julian Angel featured on SoundsOfAction.com and published by
Master Class Music
and the rights thereof ever been signed to any music publisher
and/or music library on
an exclusive basis.
